Michigan Panthers survive XFL-USFL merger.

It was announced today that the merger between XFL and the USFL was approved and now we now the plan that each league will take 4 teams and the other 8 teams combined will not make the cut.

XFL will retain 4 teams

Arlington Renegades 

DC Defenders

San Antonio Brahmas

St Louis Battlehawks

USFL will reatain 4 teams

Birmingham Stallions 

Houston Gamblers 

Memphis Showboats 

Michigan Panther

Now the word is the new league will take the name UFL as its new title.
